Working in Pasadena, CA, I have been exposed to some great wine bars, restaurants with top chefs, and, of course, what I dearly love, food. My senses have been intrigued visually by the ambiance of a garden, an intimate bar and a radiant café; and my palate have been teased by smooth wine, flavorful cocktails and decadent meals.

I was in Los Angeles a week ago and the restaurant I photographed was right around the corner of a college I thought I’d attend when I grew up. But then my family relocated, I forgot about Occidental College and I got my education elsewhere. Memories are pretty powerful and I couldn’t pull myself away from soaking the college ground’s splendor even if it was just for an hour.
I heard that the college also hosts a number of weddings. The following image can help you imagine the possibilities:
